I needed our septic tanks pumped and inspected. I called Septic Tank Man, they immediately answered the phone and were able to send out a truck the next day. TJ and Cam called 15 minutes before they arrived. They were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tanks were pumped and they gave me a a good overview of my our system. Overall I highly recommend Septic Tank Man.

TJ came out yesterday. I wanted to understand the process and he was awesome at explaining how he does what he does so proficiently. The process was quick and clean and TJ was very friendly and professional. We made the right choice for STM to install our new tank 5 years ago and then to service it.

He took the time to educate me on how everything works and explained what signs I should watch for if any issues come up in the future. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he represented the company extremely well, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend.
